📦 Shipping

In which countries do you ship?
LuxCards ships to Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany, and the rest of the European Union.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery times depend on the location and the chosen shipping method, and are indicative times provided by the carrier.

Mondial Relay – Pickup Points:
- Luxembourg: 1–2 days
- France: 3–5 days
- Belgium: 2–4 days

Luxembourg Post – Letter / Parcel:
- Luxembourg: 1–2 days
- France: 2–4 days
- Belgium: 2–3 days
- Germany: 2–4 days

Other EU countries:
- Average times: 3–7 days depending on destination and local postal services.
What are the shipping costs?
Costs depend on the weight of the order, the destination country, and the chosen carrier. They are automatically calculated at checkout.
Do you offer in-person pickup?
Yes, we offer a free in-person pickup through a partner store in Luxembourg.

During checkout, simply select the delivery option “In-person pickup – Le Reservoir”.

How it works:
- Your order is prepared by LuxCards.
- It is then delivered to the partner store.
- You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pickup.

⚠️ The order can only be collected after receiving our confirmation.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Tracking availability depends on the carrier and the chosen shipping method at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped with all the necessary information.
How is my order protected?
As enthusiasts and collectors, we pay great attention to the condition of your products.
All orders are carefully packaged using sturdy materials to ensure optimal protection.

🎴 Products

Are the products authentic?
Thanks to our many years of collecting and our attention to detail, we have developed real expertise in Pokémon products.
This expertise allows us to verify the authenticity of each product and only work with reliable suppliers, ensuring 100% official and authentic cards.
What condition are the products in?
For sealed products, they are always new and unopened.
For some Booster Boxes, you can choose between a display with shrink wrap and without shrink wrap:
- The shrink wrap is the factory plastic protecting the display.
- Sometimes certain suppliers or the Pokémon Center remove the shrink wrap before shipping.
- The product remains identical, with the same drop rate and cardboard closure.

For single cards, the condition is visible in the photo and indicated in the description.

I can't find a product on the website
If you are looking for a specific card or product that is not listed, you can contact us at contact@luxcards.lu.
We do our best to respond to all requests and update our stock regularly.
How are single cards protected?
Single cards are protected with the utmost care:
- Each card is placed in a sleeve and then in a toploader.
- Cards are kept away from light and humidity to preserve their condition.

↩️ Cancellation & Return

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.

To cancel, contact us quickly at contact@luxcards.lu with your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and you will need to follow the return procedure.
Can I return an order?
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

Once the products are received and checked, we will proceed with the refund.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

We will handle your request promptly.
