Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
For any cancellation request, please contact us promptly at contact@luxcards.lu and provide your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You will then need to follow the return procedure outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day period from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the items.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • be in their original condition,
  • not have been opened,
  • not have been used,
  • be returned in packaging that ensures protection during transport.

Before returning any items, you must contact us via email at contact@luxcards.lu

Please provide:

  • your name,
  • your order number,
  • the product(s) to be returned.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
